Pixell Designs offers digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Vector Artwork
  • Print-Ready Designs
  • Logo Conversions
  • Digital Graphics
  • Other Downloadable Design Files

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Digital Downloads

Once your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased files will be available for download.

It is your responsibility to download and save your purchased files. Please contact us if you experience any issues accessing your downloads.

3. License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You may:

  • Use purchased files for personal projects.
  • Use purchased files for commercial products that you create for yourself or your clients.
  • Resize or edit the files to suit your production requirements.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the original digital files.
  • Upload the files to any free or paid download website.
  • Claim our designs as your own work.
  • Sell the files as digital products in any marketplace.

Any unauthorized distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, embroidery files, vector designs, graphics, logos, images, text, and website content remain the intellectual property of Pixell Designs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a file grants you a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

6. Custom Design Orders

For custom embroidery digitizing or custom vector conversion services:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to use any logos, artwork, or trademarks submitted to us.
  • Pixell Designs is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided artwork.

7. Pricing

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

However, changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a file has been downloaded.

However, if:

  • the file is corrupted,
  • the wrong file was delivered,
  • the download does not work, or
  • there is a technical issue caused by us,

we will provide a corrected replacement file or appropriate assistance.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

10. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
